🔹 Sales: Internal & External

Who You Are: A relationship-driven closer with a passion for cybersecurity and SaaS. You thrive in fast-paced environments, understand enterprise buying cycles, and know how to translate technical value into business impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification
  • Lead demos, proposals, and negotiations with CISOs, compliance leaders, and IT buyers
  • Collaborate with marketing and product to shape go-to-market strategy
  • Represent SigmaSRC at industry events and virtual briefings

Ideal Background:

  • 3–7 years in B2B SaaS sales (cybersecurity, GRC, or compliance preferred)
  • Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients
  • Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.)



🔹 Marketing: Product Messaging, Digital, and Events

Who You Are: A storyteller, strategist, and orchestrator. You know how to turn complex cybersecurity concepts into compelling narratives and how to deliver them across channels that convert.

What You’ll Do:

  • Craft product messaging and positioning that resonates with CISOs, compliance teams, and security engineers
  • Own digital campaigns, content strategy, and performance analytics
  • Plan and execute webinars, conferences, and partner events
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and design to drive awareness and adoption

Ideal Background:

  • 3–6 years in B2B SaaS marketing (cybersecurity or GRC a plus)
  • Strong writing, content, and campaign execution skills
  • Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM, and event platforms



🔹 Technical Support (Customer-Facing)

Who You Are: A problem-solver with empathy. You love helping users succeed and can translate technical issues into actionable solutions, all while reinforcing trust in our platform.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the first line of support for enterprise customers
  • Troubleshoot issues across integrations, APIs, and user workflows
  • Document solutions and contribute to our knowledge base
  • Collaborate with engineering and product to escalate and resolve bugs

Ideal Background:

  • 2–5 years in technical support or solutions engineering
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity tools, APIs, and SaaS platforms
  • Excellent communication and customer success instincts



🔹 Developers (Python, Java, DB, APIs, Web, CI/CD, QA)

Who You Are: A builder with a security-first mindset. You write clean, scalable code and thrive in agile environments where speed, quality, and compliance go hand in hand.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and implement back-end services (Python, Java, REST APIs)
  • Build secure, responsive web applications and dashboards
  • Integrate with third-party systems (SIEMs, ticketing, cloud platforms)
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and QA frameworks
  • Leverage AI tools and LLMs for anomaly detection, and intelligent workflows
  • Optimize inference pipelines, and model integrations for real-time predictive analytics
  • Collaborate on modular, auditable components for SRC automation

Ideal Background:

  • 3+ years in full-stack or back-end development
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, Kubernetes/Docker, AWS, GitLab/GitHub Actions, or similar
  • Exposure to AI/ML frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Understanding of LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and secure model deployment
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, GRC, or compliance automation domains
  • Bonus: experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or FedRAMP-aligned architectures
